Woodside Games – Escape Room Terms and Conditions

By booking or participating in an escape room experience at Woodside Games, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms

Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled booking time.
All participants must follow the rules and instructions provided by staff before and during the game.
Woodside Games reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individuals who behave inappropriately or pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
2. Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made online or through approved channels. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where Woodside Games is unable to deliver the experience.
Rescheduling is permitted at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
3. Age Restrictions

Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Some rooms may have recommended age ratings due to difficulty or themes. Please review room descriptions before booking.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Health and Safety

Players must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Those with medical conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns should consult with staff before booking, as some rooms may include physical activity or tight spaces.
Woodside Games is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
6. Property and Conduct

Any intentional damage to props, sets, or facilities will result in charges for repair or replacement.
Personal belongings should be kept in provided storage areas; Woodside Games is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Confidentiality

To preserve the experience for future players, do not share puzzles, solutions, or storyline details with others.
Photography, video recording, or use of phones inside the escape room is strictly prohibited.
8. Use of Images

During your visit, photos may be taken for promotional purposes. By entering Woodside Games, you consent to the use of your image unless you request otherwise.
9. Liability Waiver

All participants must sign a liability waiver before entering the escape room.
By signing the waiver, you acknowledge and accept all potential risks associated with the activity.
